We run XS through 3XL, and the fabric stretches a long way in every direction, so each size covers a wider range than standard tights.

If you are between two sizes, or you carry more through the hips and thighs, take the larger one. You get the comfort without losing the hold.

If you are tall, size up. They fit most girls up to around 6 feet depending on your height and shape together, and the larger size gives you the extra length through the leg/body so the waistband still sits where it should instead of being pulled down.
